Ok, I would like to know how to take, let's say my face, and put it on another picture, let's say a wallpaper with whatever for the background, how would I go about about doing this?

I just want to be able to take a picture, or part of one existing picture and place that on another picture.

I'm a newb, so you'll have to break it down step for step, and I mean step for EXACT step. I don't know all the tools yet or different meanings you people that are experienced use (terminology).
