Hi everyone,

I guess this question should be fielded by scowler or another coder; it's not a problem with the mebership script itself, it is my own lack of knowledge/ignorance that is causing the problem.

I've searched all the threads regarding this tutorial but found no aid, my apologies if I've missed this question somewhere else. My question is regarding the setup of an email account within the code in order to be able to send activation emails. I have little to knowledge of the setup of these mail accounts and the code I need to apply, well, within the membership code. If anyone would be able to guide me through the proccess of setting up an SMTP/Functional email account I would be forever greatful.

I'm pretty sure SMTP is possible with my host, just to be sure, here is a screenshot of the functions available to me;
