Probably the easiest way to know, for sure, would be to find one, at each place, that represents the average size, and right-click on it and save it to your hard drive. Then, open it, in Photoshop, and create yours on top of it. The original will give you the right dimensions and it's file size will tell you what file size is accepteable.
