Without knowing more about the problem, I would say that you might have unknowningly collapsed one or more of the panels. If what you see looks anything like the picture below, just click the little arrows and things
should get back to normal.

I'll have to admit that unless I'm missing something critical, this situation looks normal. You were the only person to actually submit anything for that battle, so it defaulted to you and now shows you as the winner. There is no magic that does the link between forum threads and the new battle system, thus the lack of any other entries
I find it hard to accurately explain the situation because of the high number of variables involved, but I do believe that the system behaved exactly as it was designed to.
Anyway, please report back on the missing battles issue. If you can't get them to show, I'll try to fix that problem.
