The eye photo looks out of place. Compared to the other two, it's too dark and needs a bit of sharpening, but even if you did that (and maybe used the Match Color tool to make its colours fit more with the other two photos) it still looks "wrong" from a compositional point of view. It would be better if you used a full-face shot so it matches the other two in style and content. If you don't have any suitable photos, and your client doesn't want to pay for a stock photo, you could always try using a royalty-free photo: there are quite a few sites that offer them.
