Hi there and welcome to BioRUST.

When you ask "How do I add a picture of my own with my name?" do you mean an avatar (the little picture that appears next to your name whenever you add a post to the forum)? If so, click on User CP near the top of the screen, then click on the Edit Avatar link on the left side of the screen. You can choose an existing avatar or upload one of your own - although the size of your image is limited to 100 by 100 pixels or 24.4 KB (whichever is smaller).

If you mean a signature, that appears at the bottom of any post you create, click on Edit Signature instead (same location as Edit Avatar) - you'll get a standard sort of input box with the usual options to add text, images and/or links.
