The only other thing I would add to what destron, stiney51 and Jacorre have suggested is to mask off the red of her blouse - you're gonna need to boost the reds to put some colour in her face, but if you don't mask that area it's going to be way too red.

This is what I came up with, using a Color Balance adjustment layer with a layer mask applied to the blouse. I used the following settings:

Shadows: +10 Blue
Midtones: +60 Red
Highlights: -14 Magenta

The result is similar to stiney51's version, but the red of the blouse is not so intense. The advantage of using an adjustment layer is that you can tweak the colour correction as many times as you like.

It's not perfect, but I hope it's given you some ideas.
