The best way to learn is to do what destron suggested. Open up the color balance menu and start fiddling. Keep at least 2 copies of the photo open so you have something to compare the results to. I just took 5 minutes toying with the color balance (adding reds greens & blues across the board) and adding a little brightness & contrast with these results (like destron I'm no expert, but every photo is going to be different, so there's not cookie cutter solution that I've seen on this).
