Sounds like you might be a teeny bit frustrated. First, take a step back, deep breathe, or whatever you have to do to calm yourself. Your drawing will reflect your mood whatever that happens to be. If you are feeling insecure, uncertain, your drawing will show that mood.

I have some more sites for you to take a peek at; some of them focus entirely on full form, others on various aspects as well as full form. The one common thread you will find at each one of them is that this is not something you master overnight.

If I am understanding you correctly, what you are really having trouble with is the creation as a female, making the shape appear like a woman, is that correct? If so, some of these sites deal with that aspect. The angle of the chest area does depend on how you have her placed. But, of course I know that you know that. What I am saying is look at what you are doing again. Is the figure turned slightly? Shoulders too broad to support the hips? That kind of thing. Play around with it, see what happens.
