It is an interesting image, but it seems to be missing a sense of coherency. A main point you need to remember is that most images need a focal point. Your focal point sohuld stand out and catch the viewers eye immediatly, then the person cade follow from that point, via stronger parts of the image until they cover the whole image. Looking at this image, I seem to be pull to the top right, but then it gets jumble because there are a bunch of features all together trying to get attention.

To try and improve this, you can trying developing contrast between different sections and maybe using a larger range of colors. Mono-shade images are very hard to develop nicely.

Also remember that when someone looks at your image for the first time, they have no idea what they are going to see (usually). Being the creator you already know what to except and what you were trying to emphasize, but the viewer will not. This is the key you shouldlook for. Make it so that when your viewer looks at your image, they see (or the most part) the same thing that you see. It doesn't have to be identical, but remember that expecially on the internet, most people don't sit and stare at a picture for a long time trying to figure it out. Most people only quickly glance, and you need to catch their eye quickly to maintain interest.
