I am new to BioRust and have relatively no experience in photo manipulation and beautification. To my question, I am wondering can somebody help me fix a picture that has a huge rip in it, but most of the subject; moi, is still in the picture.

I did try to fix it myself, but I crashed, burned and came up short in so many places.

These are my results::::

I just created a new layer, flipped the picture and set the blend mode to darken. I thought it would work or at least look ok, but I guess my face isn't as semetrical as I thought.

Also, can some help/tell me how I would get the scratches out of this
picture??
