First I made a quick concept of it in Photoshop and I made this version in Illustrator. Even though I work in Illustrator a lot, I still find it easier to work in Photoshop.
I might do a tutorial on this subject somewhere in the near future, but not with this image... I made this one for a flyer that is being used now.
