Is it possible to apply a style to a layer and somehow 'glue' it so if I erase part of the layer, the style doesn't conform to it?
For example. I create a new layer with a big round black dot in the middle. I apply a style that includes a bevel. Say I want to, for example, erase the center of the dot without the bevel being applied to the erased area.
Is this possible?
