I intend to write a PHP portal for IBF(version 2.0.3),but i dont know where to start,someone told me its pretty easy,someone told me i have to read through and clear IBF`s lib to do it.
And,this is than just a portal,its like an CMS ,but it can plug with IBF and use IBf`s database.
