Well, I personally have a MAPS DNS-based spam blackhole list programmed into the server, as well as Spamassassin (an algorithmic spam detector), and Spamnet (a distributed network - like napster, but for spam detection) installed into my copy of Outlook. The result? I get around 1 spam message every two days - the rest are automatically filtered out... and it hardly ever kills useful e-mails. In fact, its never deleted one sent personally to me, just a few newsletters (which are a kind of spam anyway).
Yup, i'm definately happy to be rid of the 'make your penis even larger' adverts....
