For once, I agree with Milkdrop.

The manual is awesome. There's a reason it's 2 inches thick. There is also the help files on the documentation CD that comes with the program, they are also good. Then, there is www.maxon.net . They have a resources section there with some decent tutorials. And of course, there's places like cgtalk.com . That's an amazing forum.
